Weydeland Rijck crumbly cheese – 500 grams
The star of the platter. Weydeland Rijck matures for about two years and develops a deep, powerful flavour with notes of caramel and nuts. In every chunk, the ripening crystals crunch between your teeth. Break it into large pieces and watch it disappear. Half a kilo, so there is enough for everyone. Like the entire Weydeland range, this cheese is naturally lactose-free.
Grilled chicken sausage with cheese – 200 grams
Artisanally made by the poelier from IKB chicken and richly filled with creamy cheese. The outside is grilled golden brown, the inside tender and juicy. Sliced thickly, this is the snack everyone will want another piece of.
Peppers stuffed with cream cheese – 150 grams
Bright red, sweet peppers with a mild kick, filled to the brim with soft cream cheese. Fresh, sweet and creamy in one bite.
Sweet olives – 150 grams
Juicy green olives in a sweet marinade with honey, onion and garlic. Mild and addictive: the perfect counterpart to the powerful cheese.
