Its origin
At Van Erk in Berkenwoude, nearby Gouda (NL), Marco and his brothers milk 300 cows. In 2010, they took over the business from the Oskam family, who taught them the craft. All the milk, whether raw or thermized, is used to make artisanal herb cheeses. They value craftsmanship and use a special culture for a unique taste. The result is a creamy, soft cheese full of character and flavour.
Ingredients: Thermized cow's milk (NL), salt, chili, starter culture, animal rennet
