How is Veens Kaatje made? First, the free-range eggs are sorted and broken. They are then put into a large stainless steel mixing machine together with the sugar and brandy. The temperature at which this happens is important and is therefore carefully controlled. If the structure meets our quality requirements, we cool the egg cream and fill the bottles and jars.
