Shipping terms
1. Shipping costs
1.1 The shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are €6.25. Shipping costs are free for orders above €40.
1.2 For shipments to other countries within the EU, shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
2. Delivery time
2.1 We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of receipt of payment.
2.2 Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and the availability of the products. The customer will receive an email with a track & trace code once the order has been shipped.
3. Delivery
3.1 Orders are delivered by a recognized courier service. Delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer.
3.2 If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the package can be delivered to the neighbors or a new delivery appointment will be made.
4. Damage and Loss
4.1 The customer must check the products for any damage upon receipt. If there is damage or loss, the customer must report this within 48 hours of receipt via [email protected].
4.2 The webshop is responsible for the products until the moment of delivery. If products are damaged or lost during shipping, the webshop will provide a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund.
Return Policy
1. Right of withdrawal
1.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt of the products without giving reasons, provided that the products are unopened and undamaged.
1.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the webshop in writing via the withdrawal form or another unambiguous statement by e-mail to [email protected].
2. Returns procedure
2.1 After reporting the withdrawal, the customer must return the products within 14 days to the following address:

2.2 The costs for returning the products are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Conditions for Returns
3.1 The products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including all associated accessories and documents.
3.2 The customer is responsible for the condition of the products during return shipment. Damaged or opened products will not be accepted.
4. Refund
4.1 After receipt and inspection of the returned products, the webshop will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, provided the products are received in good condition.
4.2 The refund will be made via the same payment method used by the customer for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
5.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life, and to products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if the seal is broken.
