Leicoma quality

Leicoma sausages are not just any sausages. Leicoma is a breed of pig from East Germany that was threatened with extinction. Wouter Uwland and Caroliene Nieuwenhuizen took up the challenge, bought a pig farm near Halle in East Germany and continued to breed Leicoma pigs. They gave this variety new life and decided to sell these Leicoma products themselves.

The Leicoma pigs are kept sustainably. This means that the pigs are given plenty of space to live, but also that the pigs are kept naturally and no antibiotics are used.

The meat is lean but has excellent marbling. This creates a strong flavor. It is a beautiful product on the snack table. The taste and the story will steal the show!
