The cheese is an ode to the sublime landscape surrounding the mountain, with the soft green valley of the Menouve on the south side.
The taste of Mont Vélan is powerful, full of aroma and natural. A delicious aperitif cheese and also a great flavour enhancer in a Swiss cheese fondue. The most important ingredient is the very fresh Alpine milk, from Swiss Brown cows. Sturdy, robust cows that graze in the high, herbal Alpine meadows. The milk that the Swiss Brown ladies supply has an exceptionally beautiful balance in fat and protein composition: the perfect base for Mont Vélan!

Cheese fondue preparation method
Open the bag and pour it empty into the fondue pan. If possible, let the cheese boil for 30 seconds for the best texture. Then use vegetables, meat, fruit and bread to dip into the creamy cheese. Enjoy a cozy evening!
