Its origin
Meester-Affineurs is a Dutch dairy cooperative that produces artisanal raw milk cheeses made from organic milk of a specific cattle breed, such as Blaarkop, Montbéliarde, or Maas-Rijn-IJssel (MRIJ). The cheeses mature carefully in specially designed spaces, developing a natural rind. By using milk from a single farm, each cheese develops a unique flavor profile.
